Details:

Very difficult set to come by. I have another, so letting this one go to make some room. This set is about as nice as i've seen. All couplets, steps, etc.

Also, there is some paint loss on the edge of the white stripe of the observation at the end of the car. I really don't want to handle this set any more than I have.

Are present and unbroken. They did this to keep the cost down for sears.

Some shelf dust on the roofs that I will let the new owner clean. This set has obviously been well cared for. There is some paint wear on the simulated rivets on the engine, and two slight blemishes on one side of the combine that are hard to see.

This one offers a gilbert American Flyer ho sears set. Frames are very clean, but the vista dome has a couple of spots of oxidation that may clean up a bit. Visually, the wheels on the engine are clean and no signs of damage or missing parts.

I did not test the engine for operation. Consist includes an l 1001 northern pacific f3 a from 1961, A/C 1002 NP combine, A/C 1003 NP vista dome, and A/C 1004 NP observation car. This set was made for sears in 1961 and doesn't have extra trim items like a headlight or nose decal, as manufactured light opening on the nose is plugged.
