Details:

I plugged it in and it sparks but the train did not move. Vintage deluxe marx ho train set original box track new haven engine.

I am not stating it is complete because i'm not sure. Item comes as is with all parts shown. The box for the train set is beat up.

The tracks may just need to be cleaned but i'm not sure. It has tape and writing on it but it is the original.
