Box and foam are good, no top sheet. Really nice gramps custom weathered pain job.

Tomalco imported complete tank cars unpainted and also brought in just the tanks for others to build. If you saw it advertise years ago and missed out, may be here as lots dates to 198090's. I will wrap car carefully so it not bounce around in box during transit.
