He tried to run the train and his receiver would not recognize decoder. Marklin steam locomotive br. His note is below: I checked with a friend of mine who also has an ms controller and you can reset the engine decoder to factory settings, however before unit it must be registered which couldn't do am reselling this as knowing that either bad decoder, or fine just needs someone right receiver.
