When I picked it up a red wire fell out of the cab. Deep in the dark depths, whilst looking for my Christmas lights in the attic, I came across a box full of train stuff. Not sure, but this could be the reason why it does not run.
I have no idea how to repair and I am sure if it did run a good servicing would not go amiss. Must clean it one day Lola anyway. Like I said it has been in my attic for 50 years plus as I know.
It has been there for as long as I can remember.
