It is pretty much new old stack which was removed from the box only for photos and a quick inspection. No couplets but all mounting screws and springs included in the parts bag see picture comes with box foam which are perfect shelf worthy shape. The factory paint is excellent, all detail pieces firmly attached and lettering superb. No wheel wear whatsoever.
